Description
This program is crafted to help you regain your strength following a break or after completing a different program, such as a cutting phase. It’s not recommended for novice lifters, and I suggest trying it after having at least one year of lifting experience.
The program spans 16 weeks, consisting of training sessions held four days per week, with an additional two weeks allocated for deloading and a one-week period dedicated to testing one-rep maximums.
You will develop greater strength, increase muscle mass, and enhance your endurance capacity.
